What to write to us about
- A result that looks wrong. Tell us which type you got and which type you think you are. We cannot see your photo, so a short description of your hair helps.
- Corrections. If a fact on a page is wrong, tell us which page and what is wrong. A link to a source helps.
- Privacy. Questions about the anonymous statistics we keep. Our privacy policy explains them.
- Partnerships. Stylists, salons and brands who want to work with us.
What we cannot help with
We cannot look up anyone's photo or result, because we never receive them. We also cannot give medical advice about hair loss or scalp conditions; please see a doctor for those.
